The CREPOS project (Center for Research on Social Policies) has been operating at the West African Research Center (WARC) since Tuesday May 2nd , 2006. The project is implemented by a group of researchers and academics spearheaded by Prof Ibrahima Thioub. In cooperation with the West African Research Center where it is headquartered, CREPOS offers to junior researchers in Dakar a number of workshops on research methodologies.

The workshops are supervised by Prof Ibrahima Thioub, AROA President and chair of the Department of History, UCAD (University Cheikh Anta Diop).
